Healthy banana pancakes topped with granola

Good morning, lovely people! Another Bamboo Byte recipe is ready. Who doesn't enjoy a good morning or a dessert that leaves us feeling good? If that describes you, you should try this recipe.

Rise and shine, it’s pancake time!

Let's start!


You only need a few ingredients to make the best pancakes!

  • 1 banana

  • 50g of oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 70-80 ml of milk or water

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • Salt


  1. In a blender, combine the peeled banana, eggs, oats, baking powder and salt.

  2. Allow to blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it and blended well. Tips: Allow the batter to stand for 10-20 minutes until thickened slightly.

  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Fry spoonfuls of the batter until golden brown on both sides.

  5. Serve with a drizzle of Bamboo Byte granola and fresh fruit of your choice.
