  • 200g flour

  • 100g spelt flour

  • 2 tsp Baking soda

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 dl vanilla skyr

  • 250g Coarsely grated apples

  • 200-300g Bamboo Byte granola

To make these delectable muffins, simply mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl, then beat together the eggs, vanilla skyr, and grated apples in a separate bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring with a hand mixer until the dough is slightly moist.

Next, using two tablespoons dipped in water, form the dough into 12 muffins (about 1 dl of dough per muffin). Then, fold and roll them in our delicious Bamboo Byte granola before placing them in a muffin tray for optimal baking results.

Finally, bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 175° in a traditional oven, until they are golden brown and fragrant.
