We have our favorite simple smoothie recipes ready for you. You can drink it straight or prepare a smoothie bowl with it!
Only 5 ingredients and a blender are required for this on-the-go smoothie recipe:
One big cup of frozen berries
1 small ripe banana (for smoothie bowl frozen banana is better)
Half a cup of oats milk (add water on feeling for more liquid consistency)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder of choice (optional)
One small teaspoon of cinnamon
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, then top with a topping. The toppings are the best part of a smoothie. The addition of our Cinnamon Dream granola as a topping completes the smoothie. You will not be disappointed!
